By posting on our message boards, you indicate that you accept our rules as part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Our forum is geared towards the general public which may include children, please bear this in mind when posting.
Children Online Privacy Protection Act (C.O.P.P.A), why children must be (13) or over to register their details on websites, message Boards or Forums etc.
Netiquette has a few core rules and the first one is that those are real people out there, so please help us, keep this a hospitable and friendly atmosphere for everyone.
My Rules* This goes for all members, you must agree to each and every rule or you can leave.
* No Cussing.
* No Spamming ./Exceptions are only in the Spam area and Advertising .
* No Pornography but you can post half clad nice looking Folks.
* You are not allowed to have multiple/double accounts with TQB. If you are found to have multiple/double accounts including, but not limited to active, suspended, or banned accounts, any and all accounts can be deleted without warning.
* No double posting If you were the last to post in a thread, do not post again. There is a "modify" button for a reason, please use it.
* No (1) word post at ALL times.
* Don't steal anyone else's work.............. if you Take it Please Give the Original poster Credit .
* Keep this forum as clean and spam free as possible.
* No down beating on certain members(you know what I mean).
* Do not advertise via PM and you may not advertise your forums/site or recruit our members for your staff positions anywhere on our board apart from in your signatures. If caught, your post will be deleted.
* Show respect to other members. This means No Flaming Calling other people names and making fun of them or insulting and hurts his/her feelings. We are here to have a good time and not annoy or annoyance to others.
* Please stay on the topic with what you have posted. Try not to stray off-topic, it gets really annoying also please try to reply topics.
* You can have any signature you wish, as long as it does not demonstrate sexual themes, hate, prejudice, racism, Nazi flags, anti social images etc. You may use animated signatures. Signatures can not be too big (use your condom sense). If they are found to be too big they will be changed, and if you change them back, you will be warned.
* Do not link any images or posts to warez or illegal downloads and Viruses, Hacking, or any other harmful computer software. NO Illegal drugs, NO Terrorism, NO Serial Numbers, etc.
Actually CD-Keys i could care Less if you post them do so in the Computer area and Quote source .
* Proxy IP Addresses: If you are using a proxy IP address to access our Forum you do so at your own risk. While most people use a proxy in a legal manor we can not assume this is the case in all situations. If you are caught using a Proxy IP address we will consider this a hostile act and we have the right with or without warning to you, suspend your account and IP ban the address and/or address range you are using.
* Masking Your IP Address: If you are masking your regular IP address in any way to access our Forum you do so at your own risk. The only reason we use IP addresses is to verify potential compromised accounts and other potential security risks. If you are found to be masking your IP address for any reason (legal or illegal) we will consider this a hostile act and immediately IP ban the address or address range you are using. If this continues to be a habitual occurrence we reserve the right to contact proboards or your web host provider and request further action be taken against you.
* You must agree that you can be banned at any time without any warning. We always have reasons for banning. If you try to register you will probably be banned again.
* Be courteous and kind while posting, especially in conversations with other members and staff.
* Producing anything on these boards that demonstrate racism/hate/prejudice may lead you into being banned. We trust that you will be intelligent enough to not produce posts of such hideous nature. Please racism or in any other way making fun or bullying a member.
* If you have any suggestions, tell us in the suggestions board.
* Read the rules on each board that your going to post before you do so.
* This forum is for private users and supported by paid sponsor advertising! Posts by businesses & persons charging a fee for their services and using our forums for advertising purposes will be removed without notice.
* Personal attacks of members will not be tolerated, please address the issues and refrain from attacking the person. Ignoring this rule will lead to deletion of your membership.

We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of Member Information collected by Third Parties or Other Members or Public Viewers So Only Make Public What You Want Known about You !

^ Listen that is the Legal Mumbo jumbo , {Heres MY Rules} , If you do not understand a particular rule then please ask a fellow member (can be any member) of the forum to explain it to you.
Important notes first off regarding legal matters (COPA, DPA etc)
a) We take the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act very seriously!
If you Share your account and data with Facebook (through the Facebook Connect feature) or with any other third party networking (or other) site, that data may become public through the other site.
When you access Facebook or other third party sites through links or features you do so at your own risk.
This Privacy Notice only applies to information collected by Proboards & The Quaalude Board
Any data that is stored on this forum is for your personal use only.
It is not passed on to any type of third parties and is only viewed by Staff Members/admins in extreme cases where it is necessary.
Anything Posted by you in a Public Forum Thread is your Responsibility as it will be Viewable by the Public & Members / Admin / Staff & Proboards

Well i,m Glad to see That Someone Reads This Stuff - It's Strange that These Type of FAQ Threads would be Threads That members would Like to post in , I see this a lot on Forums QC
