www.stardock.com/products/fences/Overview Fences is a one-of-a-kind program, allowing you to draw labeled shaded areas on your desktop, which become movable & resizable containers for your desktop icons. These groups can help bring organization and consistency to your computer's desktop, solving the "constant mess" problem that has plagued the desktop since its inception. Fences also helps you finally appreciate the wallpaper you have hiding behind all that clutter. In addition to its organizing features, Fences offers a patent-pending quick-hide feature. Double click your desktop, and all your icons will fade out. Double click again, and they'll return QC

How to make windows frame transparent in Windows , this program that makes the frame full transparent, then I downloaded a firefox theme that has Aero: addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/12951 In addition to it I downloaded a program that make the TaskBar Transparent as well: www.snapfiles.com/get/transbar.html (It says it works for Win2000/XP but it works on Windows 7 64bit just fine . the transparent Task bar that apparently works on all windows.) If you want to do it with Vista, then you may be able to try it, not sure. By default, Windows Aero Glass transparency effect in Windows 7 is only able to give window frames and borders a frosted, blur effect which has nothing to do with the claimed transparency effect. Basically, with this effect users will be able to see through the window frame, but not completely. If you want to have a full transparent effect on your window borders in Windows 7, just apply this hack. 1. Click Start. 2. In the Search box, type regedit and press Enter. 3. Locate the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM. If you can not find it, try this other key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM. 4. In the right pane, right click – New – Create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value key and name it HideBlur. 5. Set the new key value to 1. 6. Restart the computer for the change to take effect. 7. As a side note, this hack seems to work only on the following Windows 7 build: 6956, 7048, 7106 and 7127. DISCLAIMER: I am not to blame for you're mistakes on the registry, edit the registry at your own RISK. Make Back ups on your registry, just in case something does go wrong. Cracking GSM phone crypto via distributed computing but you don't need to - just put a TV on UHF 71 through 78 set a radio FM next to it keep the TV sound Up radio down hold radio close & flip FM Chanels untill you can hear Cell Phones . Heres the other way - If you are using a GSM phone (AT&T or T-Mobile in the U.S.), you likely have a few more months before it will be easy for practically anyone to spy on your communications. Security researcher Karsten Nohl is launching an open-source, distributed computing project designed to crack the encryption used on GSM phones and compile it into a code book that can be used to decode conversations and any data that gets sent to and from the phone. He hopes that by doing this it will spur cellular providers into improving the security of their services and fix a weakness that has been around for 15 years and affects about 3 billion mobile users. "We're not creating a vulnerability but publicizing a flaw that's already being exploited very widely," he said in a phone interview Monday. "Clearly we are making the attack more practical and much cheaper, and of course there's a moral question of whether we should do that," he said. "But more importantly, we are informing (people) about a longstanding vulnerability and hopefully preventing more systems from adopting this." This weakness in the encryption used on the phones, A5/1, has been known about for years. There are at least four commercial tools that allow for decrypting GSM communications that range in price from $100,000 to $250,000 depending on how fast you want the software to work, said Nohl, who previously has publicized weaknesses with wireless smart card chips used in transit systems. It will take 80 high-performance computers about three months to do a brute force attack on A5/1 and create a large look-up table that will serve as the code book, said Nohl, who announced the project at the Hacking at Random conference in the Netherlands 10 days ago QC news.cnet.com/8301-27080_3-10316812-245.html

It detailed the story of Radiant Energy and its successful application by Edwin Gray in an over unity motor design which Gray debuted in 1973. The real detective work ( & credit) in uncovering Tesla’s discovery of Radiant energy came from author Gerry Vassilatos in his recent book, “Secrets of Cold War Technology” without which Lindemann could not have solved the enigma of Gray’s Radiant circuit design. This lecture delivered the goods. The secret of Tesla’s Radiant Energy has finally been revealed in manifold detail and only awaits the industry of those who care to study and understand it. Part1 presents a general overview of Tesla’s discovery and the political, intrigues that led to its subsequent suppression QC www.mentallandscape.com/Tesla.htm

Ban on synthetic marijuana K2 draws closer in Kansas , TOPEKA | Time is running out for fake marijuana in Kansas. The Kansas House endorsed legislation Tuesday to outlaw synthetic marijuana, sold as incense under the brand name K2 and now perfectly legal. “This is the new drug of choice,” said Rep. Rob Olson, an Olathe Republican and the bill’s sponsor. The state Senate passed similar legislation last month. After a final House vote today, lawmakers will reconcile the two versions of the legislation before sending it to Gov. Mark Parkinson for a signature. Kansas would be the first state in the nation to outlaw the product QC www.kansascity.com/news/politics/story/1724310.html
