A lot of people hunt over here mostly Moose & Deer. I haven't acquired a taste for it myself but really its a smart choice being it doesn't have hormones ect. My g son told me he ate Bambi & it tasted good.

Thats Cool , and Funny somehow there , But you know your Right bluerose , Even Rocker Ted Nugent Say so , i have had wild Dear mixed with pork or Chicken and in a Sausage , it has a Slight wild Taste - but is Healthier for the Digestive System , If i Go to Our Meat houses on a place we call the Hill , Hunters will bring in their kill and have it mixed into a Sausage - so sometimes i might get that as Protein , But your Smoothie Sounds Better LoL QC

Here in B.C.Lots of hunters for moose and deer. venison is good to eat but moose is a bit wild tasting,how do you like this guy bluerose he`s gotta be about 1400 lbs.lol

That picture is so cool. I prefer to see a moose alive than dead on my plate. Even worse when someone kills a moose just to have its head nailed on there wall. But but I rarely think of that cow who has been bought in mega hamburger format. So that kind of Blasphemy on my part. I know that allot of butchers make deer sausages now.
