Broadway & River des pare Has reopened after 2+ years of the bridge Being down & unpassable , area features A night club open till 3 am . Gas station . smaller local bars , A skating rink , Bus access . close access to the Mississippi River , Rail road Tracks , So. Broadway features some fine Biker Bars and Diners . There are Rumors of another Boat casino to be built There , The Area Flooded in 1993 there are *relay high points* that are too high to flood out .The new bridge will open up this area to an already fast developing network of commerce extending from lemay towards Corondellet & the Patch neighborhood , a vast array of things to do in the area and housing is relatively cheep . one of the last So St.Louis areas to remain distributed equally among a diverse cultural City. The area is home to native American peoples who had caves That are now owned By Large Breweries & political Folks . it's a place where Two Rivers meet. I wrote about it in my book Crossing Morganford ; artists are represented as many things including not even showing up in the video , it's perspective , about set & setting , the here and now , or the past or a point one could never get to QC There are fish to catch there but i don't know if i would eat them .
