I Feel a Little Bad Now we Had Fun Poking around with Britney Spears Jokes and Stuff , But She Has Basically Lost Everything including her Money and Her Sanity QC Singer Britney Spears has had control of her estate and her own welfare taken from her, under order of a court. The pop star and her assets have been placed under the "conservator ship" of her father, James Spears. Ms Spears was admitted to a psychiatric hospital on Thursday, after a highly publicised descent into drink, drugs and personal problems. A court creates a conservator ship when a person cannot care for himself or herself or handle their own affairs. Court commissioner Reva Goetz said Ms Spears would be under conservator ship until 4 February, when another hearing will be held. The conservators will have power over the singer's liquid assets and can bar people from visiting her, officials said. She will get better & get some control of Her Money Back . of That i,m sure , but what a Breakdown Eh ? news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7223625.stm

You know when she excepted that kiss of death from Madonna she started downhill,so sad she had so much to look forward to in life ,a husband two beautiful kids and fans all over the world that loved her even way back when she and Justin were dancing to-gether.I also loved her music and she was a hot little dancer, singer.Sometimes the drugs really bi-polorize a lot of people who normaly would be still normal with out them.We have so many friends over the years since 1968 that used to be pretty straight livin even with pot to this day ,but some have left(died) and many went bi-polar or Schitzoid & Schizotypal Personality Disorder.so sad some make it through the drug scene and some don`t.

Britney Spears has been released from a hospital in Los Angeles where she has been undergoing psychiatric evaluation since last Thursday, reports say. She slipped out of the UCLA Medical Center accompanied by private security guards, but without a police escort. Sources told the Los Angeles Times she was likely to head to one of her homes before seeking additional treatment. The move comes a day after her manager was banned from going near her after a court issued a restraining order. Spears's mother, Lynne, told a judge that Sam Lutfi drugged her daughter, cut off her phone lines and called her an "unfit mother" in an attempt to take control of her life. 'No media' The star's low-key departure from the UCLA Medical Center, in stark contrast to her admission, required no police presence, the commander of the North Hollywood police station said. "There was no media, no paparazzi, and no need for public safety protection," Capt Sharyn Buck told the Associated Press. More than a dozen LAPD officers escorted Spears to the facility in a motorcade on 31 January, when she was hospitalised and held for a 72-hour evaluation. Her stay was then extended for a further two weeks, according to reports. The 26-year-old singer was briefly hospitalised earlier in January after refusing to surrender custody of her two sons in a police stand-off. Sole custody of the children was subsequently awarded to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. Spears remains under the temporary conservatorship of her father, James, an arrangement put in place when a judge determines a person can no longer care for themselves QC Maybe she gets her stuff back now ? news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/7231883.stm
